The conditions most worth catching early (high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, elevated cholesterol, early-stage cancer) usually cause no symptoms at the stage when they are easiest to treat. That is exactly why a yearly physical matters, even when you feel perfectly fine.

A long-term condition is managed over years, not single appointments. This is where a small practice helps most: you see the same provider each time, they notice what has changed since your last visit, and nobody has to re-learn your history from scratch.

MDVIP is a concierge program built on a much smaller patient panel, which is what makes the rest possible: same-day or next-day appointments, direct after-hours access to your physician, and longer, unhurried visits.
Does it replace insurance? No. Membership supplements your insurance rather than replacing it. Your plan still covers office visits, referrals, and hospitalization. The membership fee covers the enhanced access and the advanced preventive services insurance does not typically reimburse. Fees vary by physician and location, are not covered by insurance, and are eligible for HSA and FSA reimbursement.
